CASE is looking for a research-savvy, insight-driven strategist (junior to mid-level) to drive the development of social and digital strategies – from evergreen to one-off campaigns – for beauty, lifestyle, and wellness brands.


As a CASE strategist, you will: 

  • Develop in-depth understanding of our clients' brands and objectives to craft effective social, digital and campaign strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Contribute to brand strategy as needed. 
  • Conduct consumer, brand and competitive research, as well as category and cultural trends, synthesize findings and extract key insights.
  • Translate insights into creative springboards, messaging territories, and thumb-stopping ideas using a variety of strategic frameworks. 
  • Collaborate on facilitation of internal brainstorming sessions as well as client-facing workshops and presentations.
  • Be “first to know” on social and digital trends, sharing insights with the team and clients.

Social Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive Social Playbooks, including social goals, objectives and audiences, content architectures, platform roles, cadence and community management guidelines.
  • Collaborate on social-first campaign concepts for brand and product launches, analyzing performance and suggesting optimization strategies.
  • Develop content calendars and creative briefs; assist with creation of social-first content and assets.
  • Work with clients to measure and analyze performance and recommend optimization tactics where needed.

Digital Strategy

  • Develop strategies for ecommerce websites, including goals, objectives, audience journeys, best practices and UX recommendations. 
  • Provide strategic support for the development of site maps, wireframes and page template designs. 
  • Collaborate on content strategy, including messaging, visuals and guided selling tools. 

Brand Strategy

  • Collaborate on brand strategy as needed, developing consumer profiles, positioning territories, brand platforms and messaging hierarchies. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2 - 5  years experience in social, digital or brand strategy for beauty or fashion brands
  • Dynamic, positive, and solution-oriented with a talent for building relationships with clients and external partners, managing project teams and mentoring interns
  • Obsessed with social media and digital marketing, and passionate about the beauty and fashion industries, with a desire to always know what’s new and next
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media best-practices, including paid, earned, and owned, across all social platforms—from Meta to TikTok and beyond
  • Experienced in research and insights, strategy, positioning, channel / comms planning, execution and analytics
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including strong copywriting skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Keynote, Figma and spreadsheets
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to work hard and have fun 
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.
