Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain technical certifications for MFP/Printer Hardware and Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Solutions (vendor partners may change)
• General sales and technical support for Sales Department
• Solutions Lab Research and Development, Software Testing
• Maintain Lab and Showroom environment
• Custom Demo configurations – working with sales engineers to develop POCs and execute onsite trials
• Installation and configuration of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 solutions
• Customer Training for MFP/Printer Equipment, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 solutions
• Help desk support for Tier 2 and 3 solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT (Computing/Networking) required or minimum 3-5 years of IT or industry experience
• Knowledge of MySql and MSSQL databases
• Knowledge of basic scripting languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
