You're Our Person If...
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Zuora Revenue/RevPro in a complex production environment.
  • End-to-end understanding of revenue processes, including contracts, performance obligations, allocation, schedules, recognition, adjustments, invoices and credit memos.
  • Ability to trace failures across upstream order/billing applications, integrations, Zuora Revenue and downstream ERP/GL processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting SQL/data, interfaces, Oracle staging, batch processing, reconciliation and period-close issues.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and experience operating within SOX-controlled processes.
  • Ability to independently lead ambiguous cross-functional problems, make risk-based decisions and explain technical findings in business terms.
  • Ability to work during AMER business hours, with flexibility for critical production and close events.

Even Better If...
  • Experience integrating Zuora Revenue with CRM/CPQ, order management, billing, middleware and Oracle or another ERP.
  • Proficiency with SQL, APIs, file-based integrations, job schedulers, logging and observability tools.
  • Experience with UAT, patching, defect management, root-cause analysis and production change controls.
  • Background in revenue accounting, Finance systems or enterprise quote-to-cash operations.
