Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a central role within the Talent Acquisition team, with primary responsibility for handling backend support for the team in a variety of tasks.
This role will focus on the following: interview coordination, support overall TA operations, maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system, maintain candidate profiles, coordinate with external and internal vendors, contribute to process improvements and other ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate stakeholder needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and proactive manner should be comfortable in working with all levels of the organization
- Own and manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate complex calendars, ensuring timely and efficient interview setups
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
- Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Manage weekly/monthly recruiting metrics and additional ad hoc reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system
- Support data audits, reporting, and overall system integrity
- Respond to ad hoc requests and provide flexible support across the TA function
- Manage internal and external vendors
- Assist in documenting and refining TA processes, including creation of SOPs

Skills and Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Two to four years of experience in professional services environment; law firm preferred
• Proficient use of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (Specifically Workday) are required
• Strong writing and communication skills, as well as attention to detail are all necessary for this position;
• Must be able to take initiative, be reliable, professional, team oriented and have the ability to multi-task
For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $33.70 hour - $37.50 hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
