Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Operations Manager to build the infrastructure behind how we hire. You’ll own the systems, data and workflows that help our Talent team operate effectively and give leaders a clear view of hiring progress, capacity and trade-offs.

This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll move between configuring Ashby, diagnosing a funnel bottleneck, modeling recruiting capacity and rolling out a better process with hiring managers. You won’t just produce reports or document workflows - you’ll use them to change how we work.

You’ll partner closely with Talent, Finance and People to make hiring more predictable, keep our data trustworthy and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Own our recruiting systems. Manage and improve Ashby, including workflows, integrations, reporting, permissions and data quality. Make our tools easier to use and ensure they reflect how we actually hire.

  • Build AI and automation into how we hire. Identify high-impact opportunities across sourcing, candidate communications, interview preparation, feedback collection and reporting, then design, test and roll out workflows that reduce manual work and give recruiters more time with candidates. And measure whether they improve speed, quality and candidate experience - not just generate more activity.

  • Turn hiring data into decisions. Build dashboards and analyses covering funnel conversion, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance and recruiter throughput. Identify what’s slowing us down and recommend what to change.

  • Build recruiting capacity models. Translate hiring plans into realistic resourcing recommendations, accounting for role complexity, recruiter capacity, backfills and shifting priorities.

  • Connect hiring plans to the business. Partner with Finance and People to reconcile approved roles, hiring progress and expected start dates, surfacing gaps and trade-offs early.

  • Improve the hiring process end to end. Build clear, practical workflows for opening roles, running interviews, collecting feedback, approving offers and handing accepted candidates over to People.

  • Make great execution repeatable. Create useful documentation and training for recruiters and hiring managers, with clear ownership and a way to handle exceptions.

What You Bring
  • 4+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations or a related role, with experience building systems and processes in a fast-growing company.

  • Hands-on ATS ownership, ideally Ashby, including configuration, reporting and workflow design - not just experience using it as a recruiter.

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data.

  • The ability to turn an ambiguous question into a clear analysis, explain the implications and recommend a practical next step.

  • Strong operational judgment: you know when a process needs more structure and when it needs to be simpler.

  • The ability to work across Talent, Finance, People and hiring teams, build alignment and follow through on changes.

  • Attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information and a genuine interest in making hiring better for candidates and interviewers.

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
