Manage technology partner relationships and integration launches from requirements through deployment. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; create API documentation and enablement materials; monitor adoption and partner health metrics; improve onboarding, certification, and partner tooling; and relay partner and customer feedback to shape the integration roadmap. This is a fully remote role for an early-career professional with partnerships, integrations, implementation, or technical account management experience.
We're looking for a Technical Partnerships & Integrations Manager to help grow and manage our ecosystem of technology partners. You'll work where business and engineering meet: you'll scope and launch integrations with partner platforms, act as the primary point of contact for partners, and make sure every integration creates real value for our customers.
This role suits someone early in their career who already has some hands-on experience with partnerships and wants to take on more ownership. You'll manage your own portfolio of partners with support from Product and Engineering, and you'll have plenty of room to grow as our partner program expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of technology partners. Build trust, keep communication clear, and resolve issues quickly.
- Scope and launch integrations. Work with partners and our internal teams to define requirements, document technical specifications, and guide integrations from kickoff through launch.
- Coordinate across teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success so integrations are prioritized, well built, and properly launched and supported.
- Create documentation and enablement materials. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration guides, API onboarding materials, and internal playbooks so partners and colleagues can succeed on their own.
- Track performance. Monitor integration adoption, usage, and partner health metrics, and use that data to spot opportunities and risks.
- Improve the partner program. Help refine our onboarding processes, certification steps, and partner tooling as the program scales.
- Gather feedback. Bring insights from partners and customers back to the Product team to shape the integration roadmap.

- Proven ability to manage several projects and relationships at once, stay organized, and meet deadlines – startup or scale-up experience a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
