Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Data & Enterprise Services Technology) to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create solutions and build systems that enable the organization to meet its business and technology needs.  This includes the buildout of the Strategic Data Infrastructure and buildout of systems and tooling across the Enterprise Services teams. This individual will own the technology roadmap supporting the organization, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology delivery. This individual will manage technical delivery, provide strategic guidance over an application roadmap, enable project governance with stakeholders, and collaborate across technology and the business to facilitate the scaling of our platform.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business, project managers, and development teams to enhance systems and processes.
  • Oversee program lifecycle from strategy to planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT Management around resource allocation and cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year Data and Enterprise Services Technology roadmap, integrating business priorities, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Provide governance and oversight across projects, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Advise Enterprise Services stakeholders on technology best practices, data strategy, and process automation opportunities.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical, program management, or product ownership role within financial services or a corporate finance environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of financial instruments and financial domain.
  • Proven experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and managing complex project portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and enterprise technology environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to bridge the gap between finance users and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification and Experience

  • Prior experience implementing or supporting transformational projects in the Data or Enterprise Services space.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data architectures, financial data models, and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics).
  • Background in technology strategy or consulting for Data or Enterprise Services organizations.


Base Salary Range

$150,000 - $200,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
