Our company is searching for a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own the delivery, governance, and evolution of our Marketing Technology portfolio.


The Program Manager will provide end-to-end program leadership across the MarTech stack, driving roadmap execution, coordination of multiple functions, dependency management, platform integration, governance, and continuous improvement. The role requires deep technical program management capabilities combined with an understanding of digital marketing platforms, customer data, analytics, integrations, and marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities

Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology (MarTech) portfolio, ensuring initiatives align with Marketing and Technology priorities.

Lead complex, multi-functional MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps, achievements, dependencies, risks, testing, deployment, and adoption.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Analytics, and other teams to coordinate priorities and drive successful execution.

Provide governance and oversight throughout the marketing technology landscape, including platform integrations, technology lifecycle planning, technical debt, and investment priorities.

Drive executive-level communication and reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and key achievements.

Find opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem, including evaluating new technologies, improving integrations, and driving process and platform improvements.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions and influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Experience working with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems, including marketing automation, CRM, CMS, consumer information, insights, and digital experience technologies.
  • Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, platform dependencies, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership.
  • Experience with software development and delivery practices such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred

PMP or similar program/project management certification.

Experience leading enterprise MarTech transformation or modernization initiatives.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud/CDPs, CMS platforms, CRM, and digital analytics technologies.

Experience partnering across Marketing, Web/eCommerce, Data & Analytics, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.  

15% Annual: Individual Target
$101,900.00 - $117,175.00 USD
