You will promote long-term readiness by designing training, creating clear documentation, and delivering change communications that help stakeholders adopt new processes confidently. You will assist and provide guidance into the eDiscovery Disposal program and custodial legal hold process to ensure timely implementation, defensible execution, and cross-functional support for litigation, regulatory, and investigative requirements. As the primary contact for audits and regulatory inquiries, you will drive defensible closure of findings and reinforce operational excellence by maintaining and enhancing the internal controls program—evaluating effectiveness, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.

What We Offer You

  • A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days

  • Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement

  • Enable enterprise readiness by delivering training, documentation, and change communications, and by helping the eDiscovery Disposal program and custodial legal hold process to ensure timely, defensible execution with cross-functional support

  • Serve as the primary contact for audit inquiries, ensuring the team is prepared for audit reviews and that stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process

  • Oversee audit findings and remedial actions end-to-end by defining defensible closure steps, documenting progress, providing status updates, validating completion, and ensuring all closures are auditable

  • Maintain and enhance the internal controls program by assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements

  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards through review of reports, operational practices, and process documentation

How You’ll Lead

  • Partner with Legal to align eDiscovery workflow changes, legal hold/disposal execution, and defensibility standards to litigation, regulatory, and investigative requirements

  • Influence Technology teams and eDiscovery process owners to translate application upgrades and process changes into clear procedures, training, and communications that drive adoption and measurable process improvement

  • Partner with Group Audit and internal control team stakeholders to maintain audit readiness, drive findings through timely and auditable closure, and strengthen the controls environment across eDiscovery Services

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive eDiscovery experience and ACEDs certified

  • Extensive Microsoft skills

  • Proven experience working with eDiscovery processing and review applications

  • Proven experience in Boolean search techniques, including advanced keyword, wildcard, proximity, and stem searching methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in eDiscovery, change management, audit, and/or risk management

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and navigate diverse global teams, positively influence stakeholders, and facilitate robust dialogue

  • Proactive Independent Work and Decision Making: Self-motivated and able to work independently, exercising objective judgment and making independent decisions

  • Risk Focus: A strong understanding of risk with the ability to ask questions, raise issues, and escalate concerns quickly and confidently
