The position supports enablement for both existing platforms and emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Copilot or Claude, with an emphasis on real‑world use cases and best practices. This candidate must be adaptable to a rapidly changing technology landscape and comfortable adjusting priorities, tools, and approaches as platforms evolve.

  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding new users to tools and platforms

  • Help translate technical concepts, system changes, and emerging technology capabilities into clear, actionable information for non‑technical audiences

  • Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources that improve transparency and understanding

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in systems administration, business operations, analytics, or technology operations

  • Hands-on experience administering Jira and Airtable in a business environment, or comparable project / development tracking tools

  • Experience creating dashboards or reports to support operational visibility
