Job summary
As a Transactions Supervisor in the Title Management and Document Services team, you will lead and coach a team responsible for processing vehicle titles and supporting sworn document services, dealer monitoring support, and title research. You will set daily priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive consistent quality and productivity. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex requests and improve end-to-end outcomes. You will foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement while delivering a strong customer experience.
Job responsibilities- Supervise and coach a team of transaction specialists to ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions
- Oversee title processing operations by setting daily production goals, delegating work, and evaluating performance
- Lead a team of 16+ employees, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance support
- Resolve complex issues by working with customers, dealers, vendors, municipalities, and internal partners
- Monitor work queues to meet service level expectations while adhering to legal, compliance, and risk requirements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement procedural improvements, including automation where applicable
- Run team huddles and daily management routines that support engagement, prioritization, and issue resolution
- Create and deliver development plans, performance discussions, and annual reviews for team members
- Participate in projects that enhance operational effectiveness and improve customer experience
- Review performance data to identify root causes, address defects, and prevent repeat issues
- Support and mentor junior team members to build capability and consistency across the team
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience managing operational workflows with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Customer-focused mindset and experience handling escalations or complex requests
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify issues and drive improvements
- Experience creating or maintaining process documentation and operating procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting demands
- Willingness and ability to work a shifting schedule within defined business hours
- Experience in vehicle title processing, automotive operations, or related servicing environments
- Familiarity with auto lending servicing processes and supporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, hours to be determined between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Schedule may adjust based on business needs.
