Roles and Responsibilities:
Support weekly pacing rhythms and planning cycles
- Develop & manage the financial plan for Transactional stream across NAM, for the entire commercial lifecycle, that complies with GE controllership policy.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to manage operational uncertainty that achieves the financial plan.
- Submit weekly transactional report for NAM
- Elaborate weekly versus prior week walk for NAM
- Weekly consolidate total NAM risks and opportunities
- Support on consolidate and submit total NAM forecast and Operating Plan.
Supporting month and quarter close and reconciliations
- Manage the accounting for NAM Core Transactional Services Work
- Consolidate back up and submit manual journal entries for revenue and cost accruals
- Consolidate and report Transactional rev rec touchpoint with controllership, including gathering adequate support for revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Oversee third party resources in preparation of project contract margin review summaries, ensuring costs presented are supported by the contract and actual ledger costs incurred, escalating discrepancies or overages to project managers and finance team members accordingly
- Collaborate with project managers on daily, weekly, monthly management of NAM billable transactional services jobs to understand project status, gathering revenue recognition deliverable support, and resolutions for escalated items
- Coordinate project billings with third party resources
- Inform financial pacing process (change versus prior week and versus operational plan walks) from observations in project accounting, and participate in closing calls
- Reconciliation preparer in ARCS reconciliation tool
- Support ad hoc request for audits
Support ad hoc Commercial request and business cases
- Ad hoc request for rev rec rules.
- Support post mortem reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field from an accredited university or college (or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Wind Services Finance experience).
- Minimum of five years of working experience in business operations or business management role.

- Demonstrated ability to execute all work functions in a timely and accurate manner, with accountability.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $95,300.00 and $158,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
