Base Salary: $200-$220k plus bonus 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Account Management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring our insurance and digital services meet their needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing our reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee the delivery of insurance life and annuity products, ensuring quality and timely service.
  • Collaborate with digital analytics teams to enhance our service offerings and client insights.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement account management processes and best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the account management team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building our network and presence.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for an advanced degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, with a focus on insurance or financial services.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and client success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Deep understanding of insurance life and annuity products, and digital analytics trends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing account management strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

The posted base salary range is the hiring base salary range for this role. Final offers are based on several factors, including: the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position.
