As a Product Manager in Digital Assistance, you will help build the agentic platform that powers Chase's Digital Self-Service products for consumer banking customers. Serving as the foundation of the overall system, this platform provides the reusable components that enable teams to build, onboard, and scale agentic experiences with speed, quality, and consistency.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Own end-to-end delivery and execution for the platform, driving prioritized roadmap initiatives and planning and prioritizing the backlog of the supporting scrum teams to align with the product vision — partnering with Agility and PMO as required to coordinate delivery across teams
- Own accountability for requirements delivery from start to finish, including in-production performance, stepping in as needed for issue triage and remediation to ensure consistent production quality. Manage time and workload effectively to support a healthy backlog of requirements, and attend and contribute to all scrum/agile ceremonies
- Help build the agentic platform that serves as the foundation of Chase's Digital Self-Service products, partnering closely with technology and analytics stakeholders throughout the process
- Maintain strong control practices by defining and applying evaluation and quality frameworks that validate platform and agent performance on an ongoing basis
- Shape product strategy and vision for the platform, acting as a thought leader who influences stakeholders across the enterprise and champions the adoption of agentic capabilities
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated experience with, or a working understanding of, AI and agentic products/platforms, including foundational concepts such as LLMs and NLU
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to drive personal and team productivity, with a strong instinct for where AI can be applied to solve problems
- Familiarity with evaluating and instrumenting AI systems, including strong analytical skills to measure quality and performance for non-deterministic, agent-driven experiences
- Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation through agile product development and the software delivery lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with strategic thinking, thought leadership, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Understanding of agentic patterns such as orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and human-in-the-loop design, with an appreciation for balancing autonomy and guardrails
- Awareness of Responsible AI principles — safety, fairness, and governance — and comfort delivering AI products within a regulated environment
- Experience delivering or driving:
- Automation, such as automated test-case generation and closed-loop feedback mechanisms to continuously improve agent quality
- Data instrumentation — the logging, telemetry, and metrics that enable agentic systems to be measured and improved over time
- Outcome-driven and self-motivated, with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and thrive in an emerging, start-up-like environment
