Join the Wallet and Lending Innovation team, where visionary product leaders are revolutionizing payment experiences and driving the expansion of digital payments.

As a Vice President, Product Manager in Connected Commerce on the Wallet and Lending Innovation organization, you will set the vision for the next generation of payment platforms, champion innovative thinking, and build seamless customer experiences that become the foundation of Chase digital payments and commerce. We’re seeking a strategic leader who is customer obsessed, deeply technical, and thrives in complex environments. You will be responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap, driving product development, monitoring platform performance, and scaling payments platforms to millions of customers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Define and own the roadmap for the product line; establish and communicate the vision and strategy for the product/platform.
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of technical products, including APIs, data models, and data processing pipelines.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring business needs are translated into robust technical solutions.
  • Partner with Technology, Design, and Analytics leadership to drive product development and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive the design and implementation of robust Settlement and Reconciliation platforms, services, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability in payment processing and reporting.
  • Manage product backlog creation and grooming, support agile product delivery, launch and go to market for product, production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization.
  • Navigate and lead within a large, complex organization—driving clarity through ambiguity, structuring problems, and aligning multiple teams toward common goals.
  • Build and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships across business, technology, risk, controls, legal, and compliance teams; facilitate effective communication and collaboration at all levels.
  • Monitor product performance against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  • Ensure a strong risk and controls environment in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products (APIs, databases, data processing, or similar).
  • Deep experience in the financial technology or payments industry, with a strong understanding of payment flows, digital wallets, and money movement.
  • Proven track record of driving change and delivering results within large, highly matrixed organizations; adept at navigating ambiguity and structuring complex problems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills; able to influence and align cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building scalable platforms and driving customer-centric innovation.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing risk and controls at scale.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field of study.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Candidates with Fintech background or payment platform experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling Settlement and Reconciliation platforms, services, and data pipelines within payments or financial services environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions that ensure accurate transaction settlement, reconciliation, and reporting across complex payment ecosystems.
