Vice President, SME Sales Operations
The VP, SME Channel Sales Operations is responsible for enabling scalable growth across the newly formed SME Channel Distribution organization through operational excellence, strategic planning, KPI reporting, and portfolio health management. This role serves as a strategic operator and business partner focused on optimizing performance across the sales funnel, including sales and revenue reporting, portfolio insights, forecasting, and operational planning. Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and regional teams, the role drives accountability, visibility, and execution across revenue-generating initiatives while serving as the centralized lead overseeing activation and revenue realization for signed portfolios.

In this highly visible role, you will:• Own strategic planning and operational forecasting tied to Revenue and portfolio performance• Develop executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews to support decision-making and growth planning• Partner with Sales leadership to drive operational rigor, pipeline visibility, and performance accountability globally• Act as the centralized operational lead overseeing activation progress for signed portfolios, ensuring implementation milestones and commercialization timelines remain on track• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies impacting activation and revenue realization, escalating and driving resolution where needed• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Customer Success, Sales enablement and Implementation teams to align business priorities and execution plans• Lead end-to-end sales and revenue reporting processes for Channel Distribution globally working across five regional sales and finance organizations, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights• Drive process optimization and operational scalability through automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives• Support annual operating plans, strategic initiatives, and executive presentations related to sales growth and channel performance• Establish operational cadence and governance mechanisms that improve visibility across portfolio performance and activation readiness

The ideal candidate for this position should:• Demonstrate strong strategic and operational leadership experience within sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial enablement environments• Possess deep experience managing sales performance reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes• Have strong analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations• Be highly skilled in managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations• Bring a strong understanding of revenue realization processes, portfolio activation, and operational execution disciplines• Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate effectively at executive levels• Have experience building scalable operational frameworks, governance models, and KPI reporting structures• Be comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving business priorities• Demonstrate a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and execution excellence
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred• Significant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related business leadership functions• Extraordinary business acumen and very comfortable with day to day business agility• Experience supporting enterprise sales or channel sales organizations preferred• Advanced proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Excel and exceptional PPT skills)• Proven ability to lead strategic operational initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes across matrixed environments through influence
