We’d love to hear from you if:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

As Vice President, Client Partner, Enterprise Commerce you will own executive client relationships, business outcomes, and growth strategy for a flagship complex enterprise account or a small, connected set of strategic accounts within a Pod. You will oversee commerce channel leaders across multiple retail media partnerships. You will lead JBP conversations with clients and retail media networks, and help clients understand where opportunities and added value can be brought forward. You will serve as the executive sponsor and senior business leader - aligning client ambition, Tinuiti’s commercial model, cross-functional expertise, and multi-year investment strategy into durable growth plans. You will lead high-stakes client decisions, build resilient C-suite relationships, reduce account risk, and develop the leaders who deliver the work. You will champion product- and measurement-led decision-making, while ensuring technical specialists own the detailed methods, implementation, and execution required to make those decisions credible.

Key responsibilities

Client‑Centric

  • Architect the multi-year growth strategy for a flagship enterprise account or defined strategic client set; align senior executives on ambition, investment, customer and business outcomes, trade-offs, and the change roadmap required to deliver them.
  • Set the executive relationship strategy for the flagship account or strategic client set; sponsor C-suite relationships, lead the most consequential moments, and ensure Tinuiti is experienced as one trusted growth partner rather than a collection of channel teams.
  • Set the strategic and commercial standards for integrated planning across the client scope: require clear client business context, investment logic, scenario thinking, forecast rigor, and decision-ready narratives.
  • Lead high-stakes events—annual strategies, renewals, turnarounds, executive escalations, material investment decisions, major cross-sell, and marquee pursuits—with a clear point of view and decision path.
  • Hold leaders accountable for understanding the client’s P&L, customer journey, competitive context, operating pressures, growth barriers, and stakeholder system—not only channel or media performance.

Owner Mindset

  • Own client business outcomes through influence: set growth goals, commercial guardrails, decision standards, risk thresholds, and account-review rhythms; intervene decisively when client health, delivery quality, or leadership effectiveness declines.
  • Challenge the status quo on behalf of clients and Tinuiti; sponsor changes that reduce waste, improve client decision velocity, remove recurring friction, and raise strategic and commercial judgment across the client team and account.
  • Build durable partnerships with Product, Analytics, Finance, Innovation & Growth, and Operations; hold partners accountable for the commitments and operating conditions required to deliver client outcomes.

The Tinuiti Way

  • Apply expert‑level, measurement‑guided strategy across the full mix (paid + owned/earned, with a focus on commerce channels, retail media networks); codify interdependencies and decision heuristics leaders can apply.
  • Elevate client executive understanding of measurement, product, and channel economics to improve decision velocity; ensure briefs/plans/reviews integrate product + measurement + channel into one clear narrative.
  • Represent Tinuiti externally as a vertical expert and thought leader; co‑develop initiatives with strategic partners.

Data & Measurement‑Driven

  • Set the measurement decision model for the client scope: ensure leaders use clear objectives, appropriate success measures, documented assumptions, and agreed action thresholds to connect performance insight to investment and client decisions.
  • Partner with Analytics/Econometrics on advanced methodologies, experimentation, predictive models, and measurement escalation; align executives on the implications, risk/return profile, and decisions required.

Product‑Led

  • Set a product- and measurement-led decision model across the client scope: ensure Bliss Point and related capabilities improve client judgment, investment logic, risk management, and growth.
  • Ensure leaders can translate product capabilities, data structures, and limitations into clear executive narratives, including when confidence is high, where caveats apply, and what action should follow.
  • Sponsor product adoption and structured feedback across the client scope; work with Product and technical leaders to prioritize systemic needs, automation opportunities, instrumentation quality, and resolution of high-severity issues.

People Leader

  • Drive a culture of meritocracy and high accountability; develop and scale a robust leadership pipeline; ensure succession readiness.
  • Hold leaders accountable for performance, values, and strategic people development; lead change with clarity and engagement through ambiguity.
  • Champion a product‑led, measurement‑driven mindset across teams, steering adoption and stewardship of strategic product implementation.

Enterprise Client Leadership

  • Strategy: Set the growth agenda, operating standards, and strategic priorities for the flagship enterprise account or defined strategic client set.
  • Executive sponsorship: Serve as the senior Tinuiti relationship owner for priority stakeholders; ensure major client decisions, escalations, planning moments, and investment conversations have the appropriate senior sponsorship.
  • Growth and market leadership: Partner with Innovation & Growth, Product, and Business Development to shape account expansion theses, client-ready innovations, and reusable growth plays informed by the needs of strategic enterprise clients.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years in executive client leadership (digital/performance), repeatedly growing multi‑million‑dollar organizations and driving transformation.
  • 8+ years leading multi‑layered teams (Group Directors/Directors/managers): hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning.
  • Executive relationship leadership and change management; proven record navigating complex environments and high‑stakes decisioning.
  • Cross‑channel literacy (Commerce/Retail Media, Search, Social, TV & Audio, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative) and strong measurement acumen (forecasting, KPI trees, MMM/incrementality literacy).
  • Product and measurement fluency: Able to interpret Bliss Point, MMM, incrementality, forecasting, brand, and creative insights into executive investment decisions, growth strategy, and governance; partners effectively with Product and Analytics leaders on advanced methodology and systemic platform needs.
  • Financial fluency through partnership: Can read/interpret margin/utilization, pricing constructs, staffing/capacity signals, and forecasts; strong partner to Ops/Finance.
  • Education/certifications: BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent; public speaking/thought leadership experience a plus.

The hiring salary range for this role is $210,000 - $235,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
