Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It’s becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.
Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what’s actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.
Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart’s first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.
This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.

About the Role

Vibe’s go-to-market organization is the engine of the business: Sales, SDRs, Customer Success and Account Management, and behind them the three functions that make every one of those teams faster: GTM Operations, Events and Partnerships. As VP, GTM Operations & Programs, you’ll own those three functions, reporting directly to Quentin Marchese, Vibe’s CRO. You’ll lead GTM Operations directly and build the layer of leads and directors it needs; the leaders of Events and Partnerships will report to you. Your job is to make the whole engine pull in the same direction: one plan, one set of targets, clear accountability, and real leverage for every seller, SDR and account manager on the floor. This is the seat that decides how the engine is planned and measured, and how fast it corrects when something drifts, at a business on the road to $1B, with Walmart’s data and reach now behind it. Three reasons someone great would want this job: you’ll own the engine behind one of the fastest-growing sales organizations in media, you’ll build on Sonar, Vibe’s own GTM app, where operators ship their own tools with AI instead of waiting on a vendor roadmap, and you’ll design the function and its organization yourself, with a direct line to the CRO.

What You’ll Do

Make the engine pull in one direction

  • Own the operating cadence of the GTM organization: planning, targets, pipeline reviews and the rules of engagement every team plays by

  • Own the systems and processes Sales, SDRs, CSMs and AMs run on every day: Salesforce as the system of record, Sonar as the operating surface, routing and data quality

  • Own the numbers the GTM organization runs on, so every team reads the same pipeline and the same revenue

  • Make sure Events and Partnerships are built into the plan and the targets, not bolted on next to them

Turn events into pipeline

  • Partner with the Director of Events and Experiences on the annual events roadmap

  • Own the pipeline mechanics around every event, from pre-event targeting to on-site capture, follow-up and attribution, so every event shows its revenue

  • Connect events with partnerships and marketing, so the calendar drives the partner program and the market plan

Turn partnerships into revenue for sellers

  • Partner with the partnerships team on the agency program, technology and measurement partners, and the Walmart Connect partner ecosystem

  • Make partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue visible and attributable

  • Make sure every partner launch reaches sellers with the enablement they need, and set the bar for which partnerships get built

Build the function, with AI

  • Lead the GTM Operations team and build the layer of leads and directors it needs as it grows

  • Set the roadmap for the GTM Operations, Events and Partnerships surfaces in Sonar and ship with your team: at Vibe, operators build their own tools with Claude rather than filing tickets

  • Decide what gets built next and what gets killed, based on adoption and revenue outcomes

What You Need
  • 10+ years in go-to-market or revenue operations, including 5+ years leading leaders

  • An acute GTM sense: you know how a sales organization works day to day, and you’ve run the operations behind one. You’re an operator with a GTM instinct, not a systems administrator

  • You hold your own with sales leaders: you can take their read of the business, test it against the data and come back with a better answer

  • You’ve run more than systems: events, partnerships or comparable programs, with pipeline results attached

  • You’ve designed an organization from first principles, not just inherited one

  • You build with AI yourself and expect your team to, with specific examples of what it changed

Nice to Haves
  • Ad tech or CTV experience

  • Experience with a consumption or usage-based revenue model, where spend moves daily and there are no fixed contract baselines

  • You’ve been through an acquisition

Our Values

At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

You’ll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.

This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you’ll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that’s moving fast.

If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.

What We Offer

For candidates based in New York, NY, base pay for this role is $275k–$350k, plus a competitive variable component.

At Vibe, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast. Here’s how we back that up:

  • Variable pay — based on objectives you hit. No arbitrary targets.

  • Hybrid flexibility — We’re in NYC’s Flatiron District and our team is in 4 days a week.

  • Full health coverage — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with matching — We invest in your future, not just your output.

  • Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need. We measure results, not hours.

  • Parental leave — Paid leave for all parents.

  • Annual offsite — The whole team, once a year, somewhere worth the trip.

Our Interview Process

We respect your time. Here’s exactly what to expect — no surprises, no ghosting.

  1. Recruiter screen — 30 min. We’ll share context; you’ll share yours.

  2. Manager interview — Meet the person you’d work with directly.

  3. Take-home assignment + live debrief — A real problem, not a trick. We’ll work through it together.

  4. Calibration interview — A senior leader joins to ensure we’re holding a consistent, high bar.

  5. Reference checks — Two calls, handled with discretion.

  6. Offer — Fast. We don’t let good decisions sit.

Equal Opportunity

Vibe is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We believe the best ideas come from teams with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know.
