Description

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.

We are seeking a VP of Product to lead our entire product & engineering organisation. This is one of the most expansive and demanding product leadership roles you will find in the market: the person in this role will own PM, Engineering, Design, Data, and PMM under a single umbrella — a scope typically reserved for C-suite executives at much larger companies.

The organisation you will lead includes 1 Director of Product, 8 PMs, 1 Director of UX & Design, 3 Designers, 1 Director of Data & Analytics, 6 data analysts, 1 data engineer, 1 Lead PMM, 1 VP of Engineering, and 30+ Engineers & QAs across two product tracks- Core Track and AI Clinic Track.

We have already shipped multiple AI initiatives:

  1. AI Scribe that helps clinicians save time on writing progress notes
  2. Chart Review AI that highlights deviations from clinical protocols
  3. Agentic AI Receptionist that owns internal support processes

The role reports directly to the CEO.

We expect the person in this role to bring rare, genuine depth across product strategy, behavioural design, applied AI, data-driven decision making, and people leadership - and to operate effectively at both the executive and hands-on levels simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Define, refine, and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy for MEDvidi
  • Lead, coach, and manage the full product & engineering organisation across both product tracks
  • Set and maintain a high bar for product quality and execution speed across all teams
  • Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive level
  • Resolve cross-functional blockers and identify opportunities through direct day-to-day engagement with teams
  • Continuously improve product & engineering culture and processes
  • Collaborate with other department heads and the CEO on company-level initiatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional organisations that include design, data, and/or engineering - not just PM
  • Strong product sense: proven track record of both growing existing products and building new ones from 0 to 1
  • Hands-on experience building AI-first products, including practical knowledge of RAG systems, Agentic AI, and AI Evals
  • Ability to build an AI product prototype independently, without involving engineering
  • Experience with behavioural design - building product experiences that drive user behaviour, not just ship features
  • Executive-level communication skills: ability to bring clarity to complex, uncertain situations
  • Experience driving company-level strategy and quarterly OKR planning
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to diagnose issues with data using a segment → root cause → fix approach
  • Structured problem solving using issue trees, hypothesis trees, or equivalent frameworks
  • Culture fit: ownership, focus, radical transparency, evidence-based decisions
  • Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
What we offer
  • High-impact environment: A chance to contribute to a product-driven company in the medical tech space.
  • Growth & compensation: Clear growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.
  • Remote-first: Fully remote long-term collaboration under a B2B model.
  • Health & wellness: Health insurance after the probation period, plus sports & wellness compensation.
  • Career development: Clear growth opportunities, including personalized English lessons via Preply.
  • Time off: 22 paid vacation days annually, 5 additional wellness days each year, and paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.
  • Culture: Thoughtful gifts for key life events and offline corporate events.
