The Role:

As a Workday Finance Analyst II, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact by working closely with teams across our Finance organization. You'll be the go-to resource on Workday Finance, helping us streamline processes, enhance automation, and ensure operational efficiency.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Work within Workday Finance, maintaining key modules like Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax.

  • Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams across the company.

  • Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals.

  • Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads.

  • Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.

  • Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and present change management updates.

  • Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations.
     

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration.

  • A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.

  • Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing (preferred).

  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus!

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.
 
The pay range for this position is below:

    • 110,000 - 125,000 per year in New York
    • 110,000 - 125,000 per year in New Jersey

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
