Prepares and tracks agreements, coordinates signatures and onboarding, responds to contract questions, and manages H-1B and J-1 documentation with immigration counsel. Advise board and executives on governance, manage litigation and risk, draft and negotiate contracts, oversee compliance programs, supervise outside counsel and insurance matters, and support housing development, acquisitions, and closings.
