Candidates need deep hybrid networking and cloud security expertise, protocol knowledge, scripting ability, independent problem-solving skills, and strong communication.

Provide advanced technical support for GitLab deployments in secure U.S. government environments. Investigate logs, system performance, application behavior, and code paths using Linux and GitLab internals; reproduce defects, recommend mitigations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. Create documentation, improve support tools and workflows, participate in on-call rotations, and support hiring activities. The role is fully remote but requires U.S. citizenship and work eligibility for federal environments.

Monitors call center queues and agent performance, forecasts demand, creates employee schedules, and adjusts staffing to maintain service levels and control labor costs. Analyzes performance and call-arrival data, manages schedule adherence, attendance, and time-off requests, coordinates meetings and training, completes reports, and collaborates with operations and IT to resolve system issues and improve workforce efficiency.

Produce real-time closed captions by re-speaking into web-based software for live events. Work remotely on project-based assignments, complete training/qualification, perform pre-event checks, and ensure accessibility with clear speech, accurate grammar, and focused, timely captioning.
