Own full business-development lifecycle for mid-market health system partnerships across an assigned territory: prospect, qualify, pitch, close, and launch. Build Director+-level relationships, support enterprise deals, mentor BDRs, and collaborate with Partner Success, Product, and Operations to drive long-term adoption.

Own partner satisfaction and relationship growth with health systems, clinics, and strategic partners. Use data to surface partnership opportunities, support executive meetings, collaborate with Product/Strategy/Operations, and develop engagement strategies for clinicians and referring providers to deepen and scale Headway's care partnerships.

Lead the Patient Group's business operations: define strategy and operational frameworks, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to set priorities and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and hire/mentor a lean ops team to scale patient acquisition, core experience, growth, and partnerships.

Lead Headway's CX product function to transform support with AI-powered self-resolution, agent tooling, multi-channel routing, proactive engagement, knowledge/quality systems, and feedback loops tying support insights to product outcomes.
