Blee, a marketing compliance company headquartered in the Big Apple, announced the raise of its $20 million Series A round. Fin Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund co-led the round that will help Blee serve legal, compliance and brand teams through AI-first tools for modern marketing content review processes.

The company’s software operates alongside marketing teams’ existing content creation tools, using AI to provide real-time feedback across regulatory, compliance, legal and brand alignment before materials reach review. After publication, Blee continues to monitor for regulatory compliance and brand adherence.

Backed with a total of $27 million in funding to date, this latest capital injection will help Blee enhance its capabilities across the full content lifecycle, expand into new industries and geographies and add teams at large organizations to its customer base. The company currently serves financial services, travel, life sciences and consumer organizations including SoFi Technologies.

“Marketing teams are producing more content, across more channels, faster than ever, and legal and compliance teams are still expected to review all of it manually, with tools that weren’t built for the job,” Guy Shahar, Blee’s founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Whether it’s video campaigns, affiliate content or digital ads, the volume will only grow as AI agents automate creation. The companies that set up their content governance layer now are going to be in a very different position than the ones that wait.”
