Supervise and coordinate daily airport shuttle operations, directing Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners. Monitor vehicle rotation, conduct safety and quality inspections, provide training and coaching, handle scheduling and extra service requests, complete operational reports and timesheets, and ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Must cover varied shifts, including nights and adverse weather.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations: discovery, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare. Translate client workflows into usable solutions, run role-specific training, monitor KPIs and adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel to support go-lives while contributing to methodology and materials.

Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IBM Maximo CMMS. Analyze business processes, develop functional/technical specifications, configure Maximo, manage projects, train users, produce asset and reliability reports, build PM schedules, create interfaces, and enforce ABM CMMS standards to improve asset reliability and lifecycle costs.

Manage day-to-day operations, safety, QA, budgeting, staffing and client relationships across a regional portfolio of properties. Ensure ABM operational standards, training, energy initiatives, billing accuracy, and support sales/marketing and HR/payroll functions while maximizing asset value and client satisfaction.

Supervise and lead janitorial operations team to meet productivity, safety, quality, and client expectations. Manage scheduling, staffing, training, performance, client relations, and implement quality control and safety programs. Respond to emergencies and support special projects.

Manage operational accuracy and technology for facility services: onboard staff to payroll, train personnel, run inspections, maintain ABM inspection and QR-based task management systems, monitor client dashboards, troubleshoot systems, and present operational analytics to ABM project management and clients.

Supervise custodial staff on a designated account/shift at public schools; manage schedules, coverage, lunches/breaks, and staffing levels. Perform coaching, discipline, safety and quality audits, basic admin/payroll/attendance tasks, maintain shift reports, liaise with clients and account managers, and patrol sites by walking/driving to ensure productivity and compliance.
