Inspects and tests previously owned photography equipment for functionality, defects, missing parts, and resale suitability. Appraises equipment based on market value and demand, documents defects and repair needs, batches items for cleaning, and communicates issues to buyers and department managers. The role covers film, digital, medium- and large-format cameras, including Hasselblad and Leica equipment, and requires five on-site days weekly.

Supports sales representatives in the TV and film equipment rental market by preparing quotes and rental orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating reservations and logistics, monitoring active rentals and billing, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring complete rental documentation. The role requires strong organization, client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting production schedules. It is fully on-site, five days per week, with a standard 40-hour work week.

The Business Development Representative will identify and onboard new customers, focusing on opportunities with annual spending of at least $25K, manage the sales process, and transition accounts to Account Managers.
