Drives new-logo acquisition and expansion sales for hospitality software solutions across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospect outreach, consultative selling, pipeline management, product demonstrations, negotiation, forecasting, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. The role partners with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Sales, and Business Development teams; monitors market trends and competition; provides customer feedback to influence product strategy; and supports sales enablement initiatives. The position is hybrid in Bogota and requires willingness to travel.

Lead market and competitive intelligence for AI Assistants in travel: map ecosystem, monitor competitors and trends, run market sizing and segmentation, shape early business models and pricing, and produce executive-ready strategy recommendations to guide product and commercial decisions.

Lead regional sales and account management for airline customers, driving ACV, revenue growth, renewals, upsells, customer satisfaction, and strategic C-level relationships. Develop segmentation, proposals, account plans, cross-functional initiatives, and commercial governance while mentoring team members and ensuring CRM and data-driven account management.
