Own end-to-end OPEX operations (AP, corporate card, reimbursements), build and optimize finance workflows (Ramp), perform spend and vendor analysis across key categories, manage corporate card program and policy compliance, support month-end OPEX accruals and reconciliations, and serve as the primary finance contact for expense inquiries and process improvements.

Lead and scale Bilt’s repeatable Rent Day activations nationwide. Plan and execute B2C and B2B events, manage vendors, budgets, gifting/swag, and on-site operations. Improve processes for efficiency and scalability, collaborate cross-functionally on creative event concepts, and oversee logistics from planning through post-event debriefs to deliver premium branded experiences.

As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you design and implement API integrations, write production-quality Java code, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with partners and teams.
