At Celonis, our Value Engineering (VE) team is part of the Go-To-Market organization, overseeing the entire customer value lifecycle—from sales to value realization, renewal, and expansion. Unlike other software companies, we don't divide Pre- and Post-Sales roles. Instead, we place the customer at the heart of our mission, with a single, unified team—Value Engineering—responsible for managing the complete Customer Value Lifecycle.
