As Services Manager, you will lead a team of Consultants and Project Managers, driving successful implementations of Celonis technology and enhancing customer engagement. You'll work cross-functionally to promote service sales, ensure project governance, and manage a portfolio of high-impact projects for strategic customers, all while fostering team performance and development.

Drive strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators across North America to embed Celonis AI platform into partner offerings, secure value-based multi-year contracts, co-design AI-driven use cases, lead governance and enablement, and scale joint go-to-market motions to generate net new ACV and services revenue.

The Senior Director of Professional Services at Celonis will lead service delivery, sales strategy, and team development while managing multiple high-performing teams to ensure customer success and drive business value.
