Leads research operations across a complex portfolio by building prioritization, tracking, communication, publication, evidence repository, vendor, data, budget, and workflow systems. Partners with senior research leaders to improve accountability, visibility, sequencing, and execution. Synthesizes internal and external research evidence into actionable recommendations, standardizes operating processes, manages cross-team functions, and develops scalable infrastructure and team capacity without owning individual research projects.

Advocate for accessible design, synthesize research into recommendations, represent accessibility in cross-functional planning, and mentor colleagues on universal design and accommodations.

Produces technical vector graphics, maps, and illustrations across AP courses and formats. Maintains accessibility, brand, asset library, template, and documentation standards while adapting to shifting priorities and unfamiliar subject matter. Troubleshoots technical and workflow issues, collaborates with content experts and production colleagues, and contributes to process improvements in a deadline-driven environment.

Own project and portfolio management for prototype and pilot initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, risks, decision gates, intake, status reporting, and launch readiness. Manage the team’s knowledge and document systems, reusable artifacts, version control, review workflows, and decision records. Facilitate Agile planning activities and coordinate cross-functional contributors while ensuring initiatives remain organized, aligned, and decision-ready.

Leads full-stack development of scalable, reliable serverless and container-based applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. Designs infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, develops automated tests with Playwright, improves performance, conducts code reviews, and provides technical guidance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams in an Agile and DevOps environment while delivering cloud-based solutions and supporting internal content creation applications.

Leads the Create Core platform engineering team, overseeing roadmap delivery, architecture, developer experience, accessibility, platform adoption, and technical quality. Supports PowerFAIDS product leads through system and process documentation, user story and backlog preparation, acceptance criteria development, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The role documents workflows, business rules, data flows, and configurations; synthesizes customer feedback; supports sprint planning; and serves as backup for product leaders. It requires financial aid administration expertise, Title IV regulatory knowledge, PowerFAIDS experience, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Own the architecture, technical direction, reliability, and evolution of a shared cloud data platform. Lead hands-on development of streaming and batch pipelines using infrastructure-as-code, build governed analytical data products, and establish data contracts, quality, security, lineage, and observability standards. Serve as the final technical escalation point, mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, promote responsible AI-assisted coding, respond to incidents, and communicate technical tradeoffs across stakeholders.

Leads College Board’s Operations analytics strategy and team, developing forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization, cost assessment, and decision-support capabilities. Partners with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Program, Technology, and Finance to improve execution, customer experience, efficiency, and cost savings. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, embedding analytics into operational decisions, presenting insights, hiring and coaching analytics staff, and building future AI and data-infrastructure capabilities.

Develop and execute consultative sales strategies for College Board financial aid software, managing opportunities from prospecting through close. Build relationships with higher education leaders, conduct tailored demonstrations, expand existing accounts, maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, support renewals, identify cancellation risks, and use customer and market intelligence to inform sales and retention strategies.

Lead onboarding and implementation for higher education partners using College Board enrollment products. Design and deliver virtual and in-person training, webinars, learning resources, and LMS content to drive product adoption and customer success. Gather client feedback, improve learning experiences, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other teams. The role manages multiple priorities, supports partner retention, and requires travel three to five times annually.

Leads strategy, optimization, and delivery of finance systems, primarily Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Strategic Sourcing. Owns system roadmaps, prioritizes enhancements, manages implementations, coordinates stakeholders and consultants, supports releases, and maintains data integrity. Develops dashboards, reporting solutions, documentation, and user resources while exploring AI-enabled automation.
