Teams at Diligent

Owns the governance, documentation, operational health, and automation roadmap for marketing systems, including Marketo and adjacent GTM tools. The role reduces technical debt, improves data quality and workflow scalability, establishes intake and change-management standards, triages system issues, and identifies automation or AI opportunities. It partners across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Web, and internal systems teams to improve routing, enrichment, lifecycle processes, CRM handoffs, enablement, and operational consistency.

Partners with Sales to lead pre-sales activities for small and mid-sized opportunities, including discovery, solution design, software demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer conversations. Translates risk, audit, controls, compliance, and GRC challenges into tailored SaaS solutions. Configures demo environments, defines proof-of-concept success criteria, supports technical wins, collaborates with Product, and contributes to marketing initiatives and larger enterprise deals.

Supports US corporate compliance for Diligent Entities by researching regulatory and filing requirements, translating them into detailed product requirements, documenting discoveries, tracking rule changes, and validating platform behavior. Collaborates daily with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, customers, and other internal teams to support compliance-related feature delivery.
