The Director of Engineering Operations will enhance operational effectiveness, drive data-driven decision making, and oversee engineering initiatives to ensure predictable delivery at scale.

Support CEO Office strategic and operational initiatives with focus on governance, ESG reporting, and AI transformation. Track cross-functional workstreams, document and improve governance processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, prepare leadership materials, and maintain momentum on OKRs and priorities while coordinating stakeholders and surfacing risks and dependencies.

Lead development and ownership of marketing and corporate web properties: build responsive, CMS-driven templates and components, set development standards (performance, accessibility, SEO, analytics), partner with cross-functional teams and agencies, improve site performance and conversion, and mentor developers to reduce technical debt and increase maintainability.
