Implement, configure, and support FleetWave fleet management system and integrations (GPS/Telematics, Oracle EBS). Gather and document business requirements, perform process/data mapping, design and develop solutions and interfaces using .NET/Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Oracle. Create UML/use cases, write technical specs, perform data conversion, and support testing and documentation.

Serve as a Business Analyst on an Enterprise Work and Asset Management (EAM) implementation, leading functional and technical design workshops, requirements gathering, integration data mapping, design and test documentation, and liaising between business, development, and testing teams to ensure solutions meet utility business needs.

Lead design and development of Oracle CC&B integrations and customizations. Create technical/functional designs, implement CC&B Java extensions, configure OUAF components, develop PL/SQL and UI/automation scripts, and execute test plans while analyzing business and technical requirements across billing, payments, credit & collections, and financials.
