As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will provide IT support by managing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting technology issues, maintaining documentation, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll using Workday Payroll and OSV; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; resolve employee payroll inquiries; perform audits and reconciliations; support system configuration and troubleshooting; analyze payroll data and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Lead the design and maintenance of complex systems, improve team execution, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor team members while working with a range of technologies.
