Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of clients to drive adoption, value, retention, and expansion. Use dashboards and AI-driven alerts to monitor account health, lead QBRs, build multi-threaded client relationships, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales. Pilot AI workflows and contribute to CS playbooks while tracking revenue risk and upsell opportunities.

Lead and scale the SDR team: hire, onboard, coach, set targets, and manage pipeline performance. Own outbound playbook, KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to drive consistent pipeline.
