The IP Litigation Paralegal provides essential support in IP litigation cases, including preparation for trials, managing case documents, and conducting legal research. They assist attorneys in litigation logistics and maintain case schedules, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and owners on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Draft and implement complex estate plans and trusts, assist with estate and trust administration, counsel on wealth preservation, succession, and philanthropic planning, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Provide high-level legal and administrative support to attorneys: prepare, edit, proofread, and manage legal documents and files (paper and electronic), handle e-filings, coordinate communications with clients and courts, manage time entry/travel/expenses, assist with special projects, and support team collaboration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Corporate M&A Associate at Greenberg Traurig will work on corporate transactions with a focus on public M&A and corporate governance, managing due diligence teams, and drafting acquisition agreements.

Mid-level corporate associate to advise venture-backed companies and VC investors on entity formation, equity financings, securities, governance, and general corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating VC transaction documents, managing diligence, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with senior attorneys across seed through late-stage financings.

Senior associate advising financial services clients on regulatory and compliance matters. Handle licensing/chartering, BSA/AML, sanctions, third-party risk, consumer compliance, and enforcement matters. Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting; manage client relationships and significant responsibilities. Must be admitted or eligible to practice; Spanish fluency preferred.

The Corporate Funds Associate will work on private funds practice, requiring 3-5 years of experience in investment management or funds work. Strong writing, analytical skills, and New York Bar admission are required.

The Capital Markets Associate will work with clients on public and private equity and debt offerings, SEC regulations, and corporate governance matters.

Prepare and submit client invoices end-to-end, edit prebills, generate invoices via Aderant, submit ebills with supporting documentation, monitor rejections/reductions and appeals, respond to billing inquiries, produce ad hoc reports, and support revenue management projects. Must meet client billing guidelines and work overtime or travel as needed.
