Own Total Rewards strategy across the U.S. and Canada, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, pay equity, equity programs, salary structures, review cycles, vendor governance, and annual enrollment. Build financial models, budgets, policies, communications, and decision frameworks while partnering with Finance, Legal, People teams, and vendors. This senior individual contributor role requires influencing leaders, ensuring compliance, and scaling equitable, financially sustainable rewards programs.

Leads and scales a physician partnerships sales team focused on increasing primary-care referrals and patient intakes. The role owns sales strategy, team development, account expansion, market segmentation, referral workflows, CRM and data operations, forecasting, and cross-functional growth initiatives. Success depends on building repeatable referral motions, strengthening physician and health-system relationships, using provider and claims data effectively, and creating scalable territory, account, and performance systems.

Analyze product and healthcare billing data to support product decisions, reporting, experimentation, and claims collection improvements. Build and maintain dashboards, develop scalable datasets, conduct A/B testing, create data visualizations, and communicate actionable insights. Collaborate with product stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers on data modeling, OKRs, data quality, and pipeline reliability for Billing and Payments features.
