Own end-to-end editorial production for consumer and provider content: brief-to-publish, manage freelance writers and clinical reviewers, review and edit daily, run content audits and optimization, build AI-assisted editorial workflows, and optimize content for SEO and LLM/answer-engine visibility to maintain quality and throughput.

Lead Grow's AI Enablement team to define and execute the company-wide AI roadmap. Build and operate core AI infrastructure (data pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, model access, connectors, and governance) with PHI compliance. Architect integrations and APIs enabling agentic workflows, drive delivery of high-priority LLM and AI-assisted care use cases, and manage vendor governance, procurement, and cross-functional alignment.

Lead and scale the iOS engineering team, own mobile technical vision and architecture, drive high-quality shipping and CI/CD, mentor and grow engineers, partner with Product and Design on roadmap, use data to measure impact, and foster a high-trust culture across a remote-first organization.
