Build and own GTM systems for Primary Care, EAP, and Provider Experience motions. Design data models, integrations, automations, AI agents, governance standards, testing environments, monitoring, and self-healing workflows. Partner with GTM architecture and systems teams to scale commercial operations, improve referrals and provider growth, and reduce manual effort. Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology stack while measuring automation performance through experimentation.

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Lead creative testing, performance analysis, forecasting, attribution, incrementality testing, and creator or affiliate partnerships. Translate campaign data into growth decisions while managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives across the acquisition funnel.

Own Grow’s audio marketing channel across podcasts, streaming, and experimental placements. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing show, vendor, and partner relationships; negotiating sponsorships; developing testing and scaling roadmaps; optimizing host-read and run-of-network campaigns; establishing measurement using promo codes, vanity URLs, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling; analyzing performance; and partnering with creative and leadership on channel strategy.
