Develop and grow Derek Lam 10 Crosby’s wholesale business by securing new retail accounts, managing buyer relationships, presenting collections, driving seasonal sales, and expanding existing accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, sales presentations, negotiations, account planning, order execution, forecasting, performance reporting, market research, and communicating customer feedback internally. The role requires fashion wholesale expertise, established retail buyer relationships, strong commercial judgment, and willingness to travel for markets, meetings, and trade shows.

Design apparel collections for Derek Lam 10 Crosby by researching trends, creating concepts, sketches, CADs, and tech packs, and collaborating through sampling and production. Partner with product development, technical design, production, sourcing, vendors, and factories to ensure fit, construction, quality, commercial viability, and brand consistency. Participate in fittings, sample reviews, presentations, and line reviews while managing multiple deadlines.
