Provides strategic and scientific oversight of outsourced bioanalytical activities supporting clinical development, including PK and biomarker assays. Leads CRO partnerships, method development, validation, troubleshooting, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, submission support, and inspection readiness. Evaluates emerging analytical technologies and drives process improvements while serving as a bioanalytical subject matter expert on cross-functional teams.

Leads Otsuka’s U.S. public policy agenda, developing strategies, policy positions, and legislative responses affecting healthcare access, pricing, reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, FDA, PBM reform, 340B, and the Inflation Reduction Act. Partners with Government Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, R&D, and Corporate Affairs; represents Otsuka with trade organizations; oversees consultants and budgets; and manages and develops a public policy team.

Leads the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, operations, and investment prioritization for commercial, medical, and internal meetings and events. Oversees event portfolios, HCP speaker programs, vendors, budgets, compliance, planning processes, performance metrics, and execution across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. Influences executive stakeholders across multiple functions and leads a multi-layered team focused on scalable, compliant, high-quality event delivery.
