Act as the founder’s right hand across product, operations, marketing, and fundraising. Build processes and tools (Notion, CRM, Slack), manage cross-functional projects, support events logistics, source speakers/venues, and draft executive thought leadership to grow the community and scale the team.

Lead end-to-end design and execution of Pearl Social’s in-person experiences. Curate aesthetics, sensory elements, VIP logistics, vendor and budget management, venue sourcing, run-of-show, and a scalable global event playbook. Recruit and develop event/membership teams while collaborating with marketing and membership leads to ensure brand-aligned, high-touch guest experiences.

Lead Pearl Social's brand and GTM strategy, oversee creative direction and digital identity, run multi-sensory global launch campaigns, manage social and website presence, build strategic partnerships, document event-driven content, and recruit and scale the marketing team.
