Build and scale backend systems to ensure performance during high traffic spikes. Work on database optimizations, stress testing, simulations, and improving reliability and scalability. Collaborate with product teams and maintain high-quality user experiences using Node, AWS, and MongoDB.

Build and manage relationships with Pikkit’s most engaged users and operator player development teams. Create community programs, negotiate partnership agreements and exclusive offers, host events, gather user feedback, and champion responsible gaming while scaling a new partnerships function.
