Design and scale Posh’s AWS cloud infrastructure for millions of users. Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, automation, and developer tooling; improve reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, data, security, and product teams, investigate scaling bottlenecks, and mentor engineers on infrastructure and secure deployment best practices.

Lead mobile engineering strategy and development for consumer applications using React Native and Expo. Own mobile architecture, performance, accessibility, design systems, testing, CI/CD, and end-to-end app releases. Partner with product and design teams, mentor senior engineers, establish organizational standards, and guide scalable mobile experiences for millions of users.

Lead architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features for a live-events platform. Drive scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems; contribute across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure; build data-driven tools; mentor engineers; and collaborate on technical decisions and product experimentation.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB event organizers, including outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and onboarding organizers through their first live event. Build pipeline through outreach, networking, social selling, and referrals; maintain accurate CRM forecasts; coordinate post-sale handoffs; provide feedback to Product and Marketing; and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role is fully in-person in New York City with approximately 10% travel.

Own the consumer or organizer product domain, shaping strategy, roadmap direction, and end-to-end product experiences. Lead ambiguous zero-to-one initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration while remaining hands-on in interaction, visual, and systems design. Partner with product, engineering, research, data, and leadership; influence executives through strong judgment and communication; and help establish design standards and principles for a small, high-impact team.

Build and scale Posh’s backend services and APIs, owning systems from design through deployment and on-call. Responsibilities include improving performance and reliability, creating data models and pipelines, embedding security and instrumentation, contributing to architecture and code reviews, mentoring engineers, and participating in technical interviews.

Lead frontend development for Posh's web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance and scalability, while mentoring engineers and influencing product direction.

Lead and evolve Posh's visual identity and creative systems across brand, performance, product, and IRL activations. Create flagship campaigns personally while directing agencies and freelancers. Ensure brand cohesion across channels, set creative standards, mentor teams, leverage generative AI for scale, and embed cultural relevance in music, nightlife, and events. On-site in SoHo NYC, full-time.

Own and grow a strategic book of 100–150 high-value event organizers. Lead onboarding, QBRs, and success plans; drive product adoption, retention, expansion, churn mitigation, and data-driven growth. Partner cross-functionally to surface customer insights and build repeatable Customer Success playbooks.

Lead the development of personalization algorithms and model-serving infrastructure, optimize performance, and mentor engineers while collaborating on technical decisions.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll define user experience, craft engaging designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Posh platform.

Lead full-stack growth engineering work to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Design and implement experiments, feature gating, and tracking across mobile and backend systems. Collaborate with Product, UXR, and Data, conduct code reviews, and build scalable instrumentation to inform product decisions and accelerate growth.

The Staff Backend Engineer will lead technical direction across backend systems, write production code, improve scalability, and mentor engineers.

Build production frontend experiences across React web and React Native mobile, narrow the gap between Figma prototypes and production code, evolve and maintain a cross-platform design system, prototype interactions, add micro-interactions and motion, mentor frontend engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design. On-site in NYC.
