Lead architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features for a live-events platform. Drive scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems; contribute across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure; build data-driven tools; mentor engineers; and collaborate on technical decisions and product experimentation.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB event organizers, including outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and onboarding organizers through their first live event. Build pipeline through outreach, networking, social selling, and referrals; maintain accurate CRM forecasts; coordinate post-sale handoffs; provide feedback to Product and Marketing; and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role is fully in-person in New York City with approximately 10% travel.

Own the consumer or organizer product domain, shaping strategy, roadmap direction, and end-to-end product experiences. Lead ambiguous zero-to-one initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration while remaining hands-on in interaction, visual, and systems design. Partner with product, engineering, research, data, and leadership; influence executives through strong judgment and communication; and help establish design standards and principles for a small, high-impact team.
