Own full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market hires, design interview processes and scorecards, craft employer value proposition, partner with founders and hiring managers, manage multi-function pipelines, champion candidate experience, and scale the talent function as the company grows.

Manage a mixed portfolio of B2B SaaS customers from onboarding through renewal. Lead end-to-end onboarding, troubleshoot product issues, drive adoption, run business reviews, surface expansion opportunities, identify at-risk accounts, and translate customer needs into product recommendations.

Own full sales cycle for B2B SaaS, run discovery and live demos, prospect outbound, manage pipeline and forecasting, negotiate ACV deals, attend conferences (~25% travel), and collaborate with product and founders to build the GTM playbook and scale ARR.
