Lead and grow a 3–5-person engineering team while owning observability, evaluation frameworks, scalable integrations, and the customer-facing Copilot product. Contribute hands-on Python and TypeScript code, troubleshoot production issues, guide reliability and scalability efforts, partner with Product and engineering teams, remove blockers, mentor engineers, and support hiring.

Lead Regal’s end-to-end sales strategy, execution, forecasting, and pipeline management across customer segments. Close complex enterprise SaaS and Voice AI deals while developing positioning, pricing, packaging, playbooks, and scalable sales processes. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Operations. Hire, mentor, and manage Account Executives, establish performance metrics, and bring customer and market insights to company leadership.

The Business Development Representative collaborates with Account Executives, conducts outreach, and builds relationships to source new sales opportunities and achieve pipeline goals.

Lead customer launches, manage a team of engineers, define success metrics, and drive implementation excellence for AI-powered communication solutions.

Own a core product surface end-to-end: roadmap, execution, metrics, and adoption. Conduct deep customer discovery, scope and ship polished AI-driven experiences with engineering and design on a fast cadence, measure impact, iterate, and drive cross-functional adoption while raising the organizations execution bar.

Build, tune, and QA conversational AI agents on the Regal platform: design prompts and flows, tune STT/LLM/TTS settings, create custom functions, test agents, codify best practices, and provide product feedback and sales demos.

The Director, Go-To-Market will drive AI adoption, manage key relationships, and collaborate with teams to ensure AI product success, requiring strong technical and analytical skills.

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll manage customer onboarding by integrating AI Agents, architecting solutions, and ensuring project success through strategic problem-solving and communication.
