Manage daily office operations and facilities for NYC office, including vendor and landlord relationships, space planning, security, budgets, relocations, travel logistics, and executive assistant support to senior leadership.

Drive end-to-end technical integrations for enterprise eCommerce clients. Serve as subject matter expert during onboarding, partner with Sales and Account teams, maintain SDKs/APIs and integration guides, manage joint project plans, troubleshoot complex issues, and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
