What are some social events your company does?
There is always something fun on the calendar to look forward to! Apart from our bi-weekly happy hours, we’ve gone bowling, wine tasting, to hot-pot, and to karaoke (on many occasions). We also love to celebrate big milestones whenever we can. The team is small and we’re all friends so it’s fun to hang outside of the office and try something new!

SLM started in 2016 with one product; in 2020, we offer four product lines, with more on the way. Our success has been powered by a team-driven philosophy of client-focused improvement. All team members must think critically and creatively. How can we better serve client needs, increase speed, reduce friction, and generate better outcomes?
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
There is so much opportunity to own and drive progress from Day 1. Every day, I’m collaborating deeply with the team to solve for emerging problems, and every day, I feel like I’m learning or doing something new. It’s always interesting and dynamic! Doing so many things for the first time is scary, but that’s how you know you’re growing.
