Lead global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client-facing and internal tools. The Executive Assistant provides organizational support, coordinates meetings, manages schedules, handles correspondence, and assists with projects and travel for executives.

Manage partnerships with global brands, execute marketing deals, develop pitches, and compile reports while supporting the global team and overseeing invoicing.

Support the Books and Collectibles department by coordinating and cataloguing books, posters, prints and collectibles; research provenance; write and proofread catalogue text; enter and edit catalogue data in ADM; manage inventory, consignments, client correspondence and pre/post-sale processes; liaise with internal teams.

Monitor product performance, identify market and regulatory opportunities, and establish reporting and lifecycle management frameworks.

The Client Strategist collaborates with various teams to create and implement strategies for client engagement and transaction maximization using data analysis and strong partnerships.

The position involves driving financial results, managing business operations, and supporting deal negotiations and auction consignments for Sotheby's in New York.

Support Events team by independently managing smaller events and assisting on larger projects. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, guest management, budgeting, scheduling, on-site execution, and maintain event documentation and calendars.

Provide transactional legal support for art-backed loans and consignor advances: draft, review and negotiate loan, credit and security documents; conduct due diligence and closings; advise on cross-jurisdictional structuring; develop playbooks and templates; train business partners; partner on process improvements and manage outside counsel and counterparties.
