The Client Strategist collaborates with various teams to create and implement strategies for client engagement and transaction maximization using data analysis and strong partnerships.

The position involves driving financial results, managing business operations, and supporting deal negotiations and auction consignments for Sotheby's in New York.

The Payroll Manager oversees high-volume payroll processes, ensures compliance with laws, and manages payroll audits for Sotheby's. This role requires collaboration with HR and the finance team, and involves improvements in the payroll system using ADP.

The Executive Assistant provides organizational support, coordinates meetings, manages schedules, handles correspondence, and assists with projects and travel for executives.

Manage partnerships with global brands, execute marketing deals, develop pitches, and compile reports while supporting the global team and overseeing invoicing.

Support Private Sales and Middle Market Auction teams by researching, cataloguing, and preparing catalogue entries and essays. Maintain property files, organize images and references, ensure image color accuracy, coordinate condition reports and conservators, and assist exhibition installation. Liaise with registrars, production, press and marketing; handle mainline requests and ad hoc projects. Contribute to valuation listings, proposals and authentication outreach.

Manage and produce compelling sales proposals and pitch materials, collaborating with stakeholders while overseeing the proposal process and project management.

Oversees accounting policy, evaluates new standards, trains staff, manages financial reporting, enhances internal controls, and coordinates with various departments.
