Provides management consulting services to insurance clients, focusing on strategic planning, digital transformation, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include advising senior executives, conducting market and trend analyses, leading interviews and workshops, managing complex project teams, developing client relationships, supporting business development and sales, and contributing to thought leadership within the insurance practice.

Consults with insurance and reinsurance clients to understand objectives, risk profiles, and business requirements; documents and optimizes processes; designs target operating models; and implements reinsurance solutions integrated with existing operations. Collaborates with operations, accounting, finance, and IT/data teams while managing stakeholders, projects, and change initiatives. Requires industry expertise, strong communication, entrepreneurial initiative, and willingness to travel.

Lead Data, Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI transformation for commercial insurers and reinsurers. Advise C-level executives, design future operating models, lead complex transformation programs, develop consulting offerings, mentor teams, support proposals, and grow Synpulse’s global Data & AI practice. The role combines deep insurance expertise with business and data architecture, executive advisory, practice leadership, and commercial development.
