Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders; analyze usage signals to identify adoption and expansion opportunities; coordinate Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and other teams; guide AI-native architecture adoption; and develop automated, repeatable customer-growth playbooks.

Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market functions, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate candidates, and improve hiring processes. Track recruiting metrics, report progress and risks, and use AI and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Own and evolve Vercel’s agentic infrastructure and build/deployment systems at scale. Design high-performance microservices, scalable APIs, resilient database schemas, and reliable workflows processing millions of builds daily. Lead projects from technical direction through production operation, improve performance and developer experience, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call rotation, contribute to open source, and establish standards for scalability and reliability.
